Installation Instructions:
--------------------------

1) Uncompress the URN source tar/gzipped or WinZipped file.

2) Copy the DLLs (*.dll) in the URNSRC_2_61\Builds directory to the
   c:\Windows\System32 directory.

3) Copy the control panel application (*.cpl) to the c:\Windows\System32
   directory.

4) Execute the following batch file.

   URNSRC_6_21\Builds\register.bat

5) Copy the URNSettings.xml file to the C:\Windows\System32\urn directory.

6) Execute the control panel application to test the installation. If there
   is an entry in the list box that is checked then the installation is
   correct and complete. 

7) Edit the C:\Windows\System32\urn\URNSettings.xml file and change the
   the entry for the "<ipaddress>" tag to that of the Name Server where
   urn.arpa is resolved.

8) Execute Internet Explorer and begin resolving URNs.
