The URN source code is currently being migrated from the Windows 98 platform
and Visual C++ 6.0 to Windows XP and Visual Studio .NET 2003. Currently, the
code has been migrated simply from a build perspective. That is the code compiles
and links under Windows XP using Visual Studio .NET 2003.

In addition, the code is approximately 95% functional. URN resolution can be
performed and debugged up until the terminal state of the NAPTR DNS record where
it fails. Work is currently being done to resolve this issue. Code fixes and
updates will be posted frequently.

The code also needs to be cleaned up, put into source control and migrated from 
using COM to using .NET. These are a few examples of the work that needs to be 
completed, although the goal is to first produce a functional solution.
